Lady Doctors Checking The Pinnes

And today, in "Things I do when I'm injured" ...

In kendo We aim to Explain life and death, seek to remove all sense of surprise, fear, Doubt and emotion; try to remove ourselves from worldly emotions (無念無想); do our best not to be perturbed by any unrest or anxiety; and always try to remain calm. A lucid and calm spirit is essential to achieve these goals.

However, aiming to do all this only when you are standing in the dojo is not enough, you should be seeking to act like this in everyday life, continually seeking to boldly drive away Injustice and evil, and always acting just and upright. If even a small part of your concentration becomes unstable, or if you feel a bit of weakness spiritually, your calm spirit and confidence will be crushed.

If you have faith that you are living correctly then thats the beginning of genuine confidence. People that choose the discipline of kendo Must follow the path Morally and Seriously.

In kendo our ultimate goal is to give meaning to life and death, eliminating any sense of the casual, incidental, doubt or emotion. We try to eliminate the mundane ourselves: we do everything we can to avoid being disturbed by anxiety or agitation and permancer always calm. A lucid and quiet spirit is essential to achieving that goal.

However, not enough to pursue this goal only in the Dojo . We should try to live like every moment of daily life, looking steady and strong to destroy the evil and injustice, and acting at the same time, fairly and honestly. If a fraction of your concentration is disrupted, if you feel a bit of weakness of spirit, your quiet and your trust will fall into pieces.

If you really believe in living well, you found the beginning of true confidence. Who chooses the kendo as a discipline has to follow it with moral seriousness and .
